Perfect for the little ones
The Muli is our recommendation for families with little kids. Thanks to the protective child seat, even little kids can sit very comfortably and safe. At the same time the Muli feels almost like a normal bike - compact, easy to maneuver and ideal for everyday life in Berlin.

Our family classic
The Babboe Curve is the perfect choice for families with two or more children. Its three-wheel design provides a stable and confidence-inspiring ride, making it ideal for first-time cargo bike riders. The spacious cargo box seats up to four children (combined weight up to 100 kg), as long as they're of preschool or primary school age (but we also have an adapter for a baby car seat - Maxi Cosi).

The BTWIN rides much like a regular bicycle, making it a favorite among parents who prefer a familiar riding experience. With our child seats, children can ride along as soon as they can sit up safely. Later, the rear rack comfortably accommodates up to two older children—or even one adult.

What does it cost to rent a cargo bike?
Our cargo bikes start at €79. The exact price depends on the bike, rental period and availability. For multi-day and long-term rentals, we’re happy to make you an individual offer. Just drop us a message on WhatsApp – we’ll get back to you quickly.
What is the shortest duration for a rental?
Normally it's 3 days - but we are committed to making everything possible!
How long in advance should I reach out?
You can book a year in advance but also spontaneously. The earlier you reach out to us, the higher the likelihood that your preferred bike is still available - especially during holidays and in the summer.
Can I use this to test a bike before I buy?
Yes, absolutely! We'd be happy to help you choose the right cargo bike. We don't sell bikes, but trying one for a week might be a better way to find the perfect fit than buying one right away.
Which bike is suited for which age?
As shown in the bike overview above, our bikes can carry passengers ranging from babies as young as 9 months to teenagers up to 18 years old—and even adults.
Do I have to book online?
No. We intentionally keep our main communication direct and personal via WhatsApp.
Where can I pick up the bikes?
We have bikes very centrally in Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, Kreuzberg, Moabit and Lichtenberg.
How does payment work?
Once we confirm your request, we ask for a 50 Euro down payment via wire transfer or PayPal. The outstanding amount is payable upon pick-up of your cargo bike.
What else can you use a cargo bike for?
The possibilities are almost endless: transport large or heavy items, bring drinks or other supplies to the park, or even use the rear rack as a platform for filming—we've done all of that already!
Do the cargo bikes have a rain cover and other accessories?
All of our Babboe bikes, our BTWIN R500E bikes, and the Muli Motor come with a rain cover. They also feature universal phone mounts for easy navigation around Berlin, compatible with virtually any smartphone.
Of course, every bike comes with a suitable lock. If you need helmets for yourself or your children, we're happy to lend those as well. Just let us know when you make your booking request.
What information do you need from me to book?
To make a booking, we need your name, your rental period, your preferred cargo bike, and the age of your children or what you plan to transport. Please also let us know if you need helmets or any other accessories.
